Great countryside view and good surroundings for outdoor activities. Comfortable room with clean and modern bathroom. Loved the complimentary breakfast and local delicacies.
Terrible location, the difficult-to-navigate roads and poor signage made finding the place a real nightmare. The lack of a proper driveway made things even more challenging and resulted in a bumpy and uncomfortable ride.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, making it one of the cleanest places we stayed at during our trip. The hotel facilities, including the TV and good WiFi, provided us with modern conveniences while still maintaining a charming atmosphere. The location in the Appennine foothills offered amazing views of the nearby hilltop village and a peaceful ambiance that was hard to beat.

Lovely views of the nearby village and quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the owners were helpful and kind.
Finding the property was a nightmare. No clear directions were given, and it was difficult to locate the property - I had to ask multiple people in the area for assistance.
